Mirage Al Salam Hotel Medina, Medina

The hotel room was small and congested, with a smelly and dirty bathroom, but the staff's cooperation and friendly attitude made the stay pleasant. The location was excellent, very close to Masjid-E-Nabvi, making it convenient for prayers. Dining was not good, and the facilities need improvement.

The hotel is conveniently close to Haram and just a short walk from Al Masjid Al Nabawi, offering a perfect location for visiting the mosque. While the rooms are smaller than expected with a slightly worn-out feel and a lingering smell issue despite efforts to freshen them up, they do provide essential amenities. The service, especially from Mr Shakir, was cooperative and helpful, ensuring a smooth stay. The dining experience, although the food was only average and not always hot, was affordable. The hotel lacks outstanding facilities but serves its purpose for a pilgrimage stay.
